Howdy! thunder::tech is an integrated marketing agency for a connected world. We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to add to our team. This role will be assigned some of the agency’s largest  and  high profile clients with the expectation to maintain and grow existing relationships.

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for supporting the agency’s complete service offerings to an assigned set of accounts. Team members in this role are responsible to focus on customers with high-value and strategic growth opportunities

Key Duties/Responsibilities of Senior Account Manager:

  • Responsible for building and maintaining client relationships with client senior level contacts
  • Oversees and locates opportunities for additional service offering within assigned accounts
  • Senior Account Managers work with a variety of departments and services within the agency in order to create innovative marketing campaigns
  • Working as a Senior Account Manager means performing extensive research and learning all about the clients’ products and/or service, marketing goals and needs
  • Presentation of campaign ideas and budget recommendations for clients
  • This position will have support of a Project Coordinator to manage client projects and oversee day-to-day tasks
  • Continuing education through proactive reading/research as well as opportunities such as events and conferences

Characteristics & Experience of a Senior Account Manager:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related program
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing and account management role
  • Use measurable techniques to analyze results and make decisions
  • Demonstrate effective business communication skills
  • Organization and time management required
  • Ability to work with a project coordinator and delegate specific projects and client needs
